We describe our storage and accessories as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can appear differently on different screens, and there is some variation between production batches. Small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and not a fault. Where a supplier does not publish a specification such as a material or a weight limit, the product page says so rather than estimating one.
Installation guidance is general
Any fitting guidance on this site, including adhesive types, fixings and coverage, is general advice for typical surfaces. Buildings differ, and so do the birds using them, so you are responsible for checking that a product and a fixing suit your own surface before you fit it. Where a surface is high, fragile or hard to reach, use someone qualified to work at height.
